Philosophy

I believe that estate planning is more ‘life planning’ than ‘death planning’. And the main goal of estate planning is to give people the legal tools they need to navigate marriage and relationships, to deal with family obligations, to take care of the most significant people in our life: spouses or partners, children or aging parents.

Estate planning allows us to put our life in order, to protect our property upon incapacity, to keep it for those we want to protect, and, finally, to live and die, according to our own desires and beliefs.
