Estate Planning:
Free Educational Workshops and Seminars

I am a member of the Bay Area Legal Incubator, a community of solo attorneys dedicated to providing affordable legal services and promoting social justice. As a part of this mission, the BALI members offer a number of free and low-cost educational workshops/seminars to residents of Northern California. I am an estate planning attorney so my topics are related to wills, trusts, and estate planning. I am passionate about giving people the information they need to navigate marriage and relationships, deal with family obligations, and to protect their assets and their loved ones. If you are interested in arranging such an event for a group of your friends, colleagues, or clients or looking for a guest speaker for a program related to

  • families with children,
  • home owners, or
  • seniors,

I would be happy to participate and offer presentations on the following topics:

• Estate Planning: Myths, Mistakes, and Misconceptions
• Will vs. Trust: Which is Right for You?
• Why, When and How to Avoid Probate
